The duty station for CNRI must be one of the NRC locations: Rockville, MD; King of Prussia, PA; Atlanta, GA; Naperville, IL; OR Arlington, TX. The successful candidate will perform the full range of duties as a principal authoritative senior advisor supporting the mission of the agency through the provision of guidance and advice to facilitate effective and efficient corporate and mission support activities. Additionally, the successful team leader candidate's time will comprise of less than 25% performing supervisory functions in concert with the needs of the supervisor. Such duties include but are not limited to: Assigns and monitors workload, writes evaluations on performance and training needs of employees, makes recommendations concerning promotion, reassignment, recognition of outstanding performance, disciplinary problems, and other personnel actions. Provides expertise, guidance, and direction on corporate and mission support and administrative matters related to business process improvements, financial and human resources matters, management analysis, procurement, contract administration, information technology and management, facility and space management, and related administrative management activities. Evaluates corporate and mission support and administrative activities, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and alignment with agency goals.
