Key Responsibilities
As a Mission Support Specialist in the Customs and Border Protection Office of Field Operations, you will strengthen the Department's ability to protect the homeland by becoming a valuable member of a team of administrative professionals. This position starts at a salary of $61,722.00 (GS-9, Step 1) to $80,243.00 (GS-9, Step 10).
As a Mission Support Specialist, typical work assignments include, but are not limited to: Performing management advisory services for specific requests related to immediate problems of limited scope. Analyzing segments of broader issues or problems. Verifying and assessing relevant facts from several sources, examines documentation. Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
