As a Mission Support Specialist (Generalist) you will plan and carry out a wide variety of administrative, management and program planning activities, policy research and other duties related to the missions and functions. This position starts at a salary of $61,722.00 (GS-9, Step 1) to $80,243.00 (GS-9, Step 10) GS Salary: Visit this link to view the locality pay tables by geographic area.

Major duties include: Providing direct advice and guidance to USBP employees at headquarters and throughout the sectors, and developing new or modified administrative program work methods, approaches, or procedures for delivering effective customer services. Preparing reports with data from internal data sources as well as Agency automated systems for regular and one-time informational needs by senior managers.
Preparing and conducting the agency's invoice reconciliation process; preparing local records management and assisting with producing various fleet reports. Assisting higher graded specialists and supervisor with managing base pay, premium pay, overtime, and leave entitlements and administration.
