As a Mission Support Specialist, at the full performance level you will perform the following duties: Performing a variety of administrative and management services essential to the operations of an office building. Providing support with the annual physical inventory of nonexpendable property and equipment. Researching training opportunities using a variety of methods to accomplish training goals.
Supports procurement and financial administrative processes, including purchase card actions, acquisition requests, voucher and invoice requirements, and local procedures. Maintains organizational records, administrative data, vacancy/onboard data, tables of organization, workload reports, overtime reports, and other management reports. Reviews data for patterns, trends, and process improvement opportunities.
