As a Mission Support Specialist (Workforce Management), you will provide a wide range of administrative programs, concepts, laws, policies, practices, and analytical methods to address technical issues or problems that contain several interrelated issues in workforce management. Duties and responsibilities include: Processing personnel-related actions including promotions, reassignments, or changes in working conditions.

Assisting supervisors with managing base pay, premium pay, overtime and leave administration. Researching and analyzing data to make recommendations, resolving problems including complaints, grievances, and arbitrations including but not limited to Office of Workers' Compensation Program (OWCP) cases. Preparing briefs, project papers, reports and memos involving personnel issues to foster understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.

Identifying, evaluating, and recommending appropriate human resource interventions to resolve complex interrelated human resources problems and issues.
