The Greater Los Angeles Health Care System (GLAHCS) is seeking 1 candidate for the Lead Motor Vehicle Operator located within the Health Administration service located at the 11301 Wilshire Blvd Los Angeles CA 90073.
Key Responsibilities
Distribute and balance work assignments among employees Checks work progress and ensure timely completion of workload Estimates and provides reports to supervisor on expected time of completion of work Maintain records of work accomplishments Instructs employees in specific tasks and job techniques and provide written instruction and materials/supplies needed to perform tasks Gives on-the-job training to new employees Maintains knowledge level in order and answer technical questions of subordinate employees Spot-checks work in progress; and review work to see if the Supervisor's instructions, methods, deadlines are being met Report to Supervisor on subordinate employees' performance, training needs, behavior problems Performs the driving duties and related services operating various types of and classes of motor vehicles including buses, trucks, vans, patient transport vehicles such as ambulances and wheelchair buses, passenger, and shuttle vans Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
