This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is for Southwestern Division, Galveston District, Operations Division with a duty station of Addicks, TX. This position is a developmental position starting at GS-5, GS-07 to full performance of GS-09, management can select at any grade level.
