This position is located at the Blackfeet Service Unit, Division of Nursing Services within the Indian Health Service. Teach and supervise patients and families in techniques of positive health measures.
Assist in planning and evaluating the community health nursing program. Provide continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with other IHS, Tribal, and community resources. Participate with supervisor and others at the Service Unit in carrying out Quality Assurance program and Service Unit goals.

Federal Employees earn annual leave at a rate (4, 6 or 8 hours per pay period) which is based on the number of years they have served as a Federal employee. IHS may offer newly-appointed Federal employees credit for their directly related previous non-federal experience or active duty uniformed military service. This credited service can be used in determining the rate at which they earn annual leave. You will need to set up direct deposit so we can pay you.
