Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Nurse (Consultant): Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, therapists, laboratory personnel, and other disciplines to coordinate patient-centered care. Function as part of a nurse and social work case management team, working jointly to address medical, psychosocial, and supportive care needs.

Contribute to individualized care planning, patient education, and ongoing clinical assessment to support continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes. Provide direct patient care, including management of multidrug therapy, monitoring for adverse drug reactions, wound care, and prevention of disability.

Requirements & Education

Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
