Key Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a management specialist, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over employees assigned to 57th Operations Support Squadron Current Operations Flight (OSO), Airspace Management, Wing Weapons Manager, and the Commanders Support Staff. Responsible for providing advice and support to leadership across the entire spectrum of squadron activities.

DUTIES Provides support to management in planning, organizing, and overseeing the activities of the Operations Support Squadron (OSS) with direct oversight of unit training, readiness, Airspace Management, Weapons & Tactics, and Current Operations functions. Represents the Operations Support Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.

Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for operations programs to ensure services and functions are in line with organizational goals and mission requirements.
