The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as shift lead and senior controller located at Air Mobility Command (AMC), 618 Air Operations Center (AOC); to direct and coordinate critical aspects of command and control (C2) work carried out by officer and enlisted team members on the operations floor.
Serves as Division Training Manager for 618 Air Operations Center, Mobility Operations Division (618 AOC/MODO), ensuring division Deputy Director of Operations (DDO), Director of Operations (DO), Global Flight Controllers and specialists are trained to Combat Mission Ready (CMR) status in compliance with guidance from AOC Commander.
