Job Summary

About the Position: You will serve as a Postal Operations Assistant in a designated postal facility of IMCOM-Europe. Work involves manual and automated processing of incoming and outgoing mail. Work includes operating various customer service windows such as Postal Finance, Accountable Mail, Official Mail, and In/Out Processing/Package Delivery. Drive step side van or similar type vehicle incidental to postal operations duty.

Process incoming and outgoing mail to include delivery, sorting, weighing, and metering mail.

Requirements & Education

FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
