As a Procurement Analyst, at the full performance level you will perform the following duties: Serves as the Agency Focal Point for the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS). Provides technical guidance, policy interpretation, and system administration support for contractor performance reporting and acquisition matters. Leads initiatives to improve collaboration across the acquisition program offices. Coordinate responses for acquisition related Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. This announcement is to create an inventory of qualified applicants. The first 100 applicants will receive first consideration.
