Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is: to assign priorities to aircraft production efforts in conjunctionwith theProduction Superintendent (Pro Super), to direct action to resolve resource shortages, and tomaintain liaison amongaircraft maintenance management.
Key Responsibilities
Provides both present and projected status information to prescribed managerial personnel. Works to achieve and support quality improvements in assigned areas of responsibility. Notes projected completion date, studies actual aircraft status and informs higher levelswithinchain of command when aircraft is to be mission ready.
Through use of radio, telephone, intercom, e-mail, personal contact with productionsupervisors,technicians, review of work documents and statistical listings, determines status of aircraft. As daily events occur, maintains GO81/MIS data integrity regarding maintenance flyingschedulerequirements. Accomplishes aircraft debriefing to ensure malfunctions identified by aircrews are properly reported and documented. Conducts training for assigned personnel.
