The primary purpose of this position is: To schedule, initiate, and control work orders, establishes priorities, and coordinates requirements with the vehicle maintenance section and/or outside units. Analyzes and maintains related vehicle maintenance records.

Key Responsibilities

Administers all automated vehicle maintenance production programs and systems. Controls utilization to provide optimum support and economy of vehicle through the analysis of monthly management information system data and review of effectiveness of motor transportation policies and procedures. Performs analytical support for vehicle maintenance process. Assists the fleet manager in managing and accounting for vehicle control/inventory programs.
