This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as the Program Analyst responsible for reviewing and interpreting Congressional, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) guidance to identify impacts to HQ United States European Command (HQ USEUCOM) programs and resources.
Analyze funding and manpower requirements, coordinates issues with appropriate USEUCOM staff, and submits command resource changes/adjustments to HQDA or OSD as required.
