The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the Knowledge Management Analyst (KMA) for NORAD and USNORTHCOM, Knowledge Management Office and continually assess and synchronize KM efforts as they apply to staff readiness, unit infrastructure, unit performance, and to advise the Commander and staff on best practices.
