Joining the Secret Service, Office of Technical Operations, will allow you to support the acquisition management program by developing and overseeing policies, ensuring contract compliance, and conducting program reviews to advance protective and investigative operations objectives. The selectee will serve as a Program Manager (Acquisition) in the Office of Technical Operations. Typical work assignments include: Planning and overseeing all aspects of acquisition programs and projects. Conducting periodic program reviews to assess cost, schedule, performance, and risk and compliance. Advising managers on setting project goals and performance measures and ensuring required documents are accurate and submitted on time per agency policies.
Evaluating bids for contracts and participating in source selection teams as needed.
