In this position, you will serve as a first-line supervisor leading a team of Program Managers responsible for managing critical program segments with a significant impact on the CBP Office of Field Operations.

Typical duties: Planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, and evaluating the activities of a fleet, facilities, or comparable operational support program or division. Leading complex projects by providing technical direction in project management, team building, facilitation, process improvement analysis, and business-case development.
Establishing program goals, objectives, and performance measures; evaluating results; and recommending corrective actions or other program improvements. Planning, allocating, and managing authorized personnel, budgetary, or other resources to support mission requirements and effective program accomplishment.
Supervising employees by adjusting work operations to address changing priorities, assigning work, communicating performance expectations, and monitoring employee progress toward performance requirements.
