Job Summary

This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, Enterprise Services. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Program Manager over the Senior Executive Service (SES) Candidate Development Program (CDP), a critical program segment for which both the scope and effect of the work have department-wide or government-wide impact. Non-BU: This is a non-bargaining unit position.

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, GS-0340-14, your typical work assignments may include: Implement the goals and objectives of the SES CDP. Oversee the overall planning, direction and timely execution of several program segments. Ensure that assigned programs and processes are covered by internal controls. Perform liaison with high-ranking officials in other components, top-level managers in the agency, and various governing boards/committees.
