Job Summary

About the Position: Serve as the primary Total Force Fitness (TFF) and Warfighter Performance Optimization (WPO) integrator for European Command (EUCOM). Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating TFF, and WPO across the EUCOM area of responsibility.

Empower leadership by operationalizing the Department of War mandate: utilizing the modernized TFF framework as the foundation to drive WPO, an operational approach to maximize warfighter lethality, resilience, and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer the TFF and WPO programs, related working groups, unit performance teams, and sub-processes across USEUCOM.
