These three (3) positions are located within the USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Western Regional Research Center (WRRC) in Albany, CA. One position in the Invasive Species and Pollinator Health Research Unit, one position in Foodborne Toxin Detection and Prevention Research Unit, and one in Produce Safety & Microbiology Research Unit.
You will serve as a personal assistant to the Research Leader (RL) and others, coordinating a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Participates in program planning support work such as research project coordination, travel documentation, budget coordination/tracking, agreements, and purchasing/procurement of supplies and equipment, and human resources administration.
