Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to: Overall administrative support and performing technical services for the Suicide Prevention Program. Assisting Suicide Prevention Coordinators in analyzing data to determine that patient follow-up is completed, identifying potential problem areas, and making recommendations to correct these areas and improving coordination between various units and/or offices.
Maintaining responsibility for Suicide Prevention Program gunlocks and outreach materials management, inventory, and ordering. Using good sound management technique and allocating an appropriate amount of time to adequately meet deadlines.
Planning, overseeing, and administering the program under the responsibility of SPP and for providing a complete range of program support which includes customer service, data analysis, and the tracking of Suicide Prevention metrics and projects. Preferred Experience: Experience working within Mental Health and familiarity/experience with the Suicide Prevention Program. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:00pm Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
