Program Support Clerk (OA) is assigned and reports to the Office of the System Chief, Environmental Management Service which includes four sections, Interior Design, Waste Management, Sanitation and Linen/Laundry Distribution. Prepares, verifies, and/or closes out procurement documents files, reports, or records. Organizes material for the supervisor. Takes minutes at meeting. Serves as package coordinator for computer access.
Manages correspondence utilizing software program Microsoft Office.
Include but not limited to: Manages correspondence using appropriate software such as Microsoft Office. Coordinates arrangements for appointments. meetings, conferences and regional conference calls. Utilizes computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and it's advanced functions to improve the efficiency and or effectiveness of office operations. Assigns documents for response in a timely manner where due dates are required.
Monitors and manages business papers, external/ internal correspondence and record. Operates office automation equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, scanners, etc.). Prepares, verifies, and/or closes out procurement documents files, reports, or records. Maintains detailed timekeeping records and prepares timecards. Uses various filing systems.
