Key Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Public Health Advisor (Quarantine Program), you will: Port Program Management: Serve as a recognized authority for and represents the Division of Global Migration and Quarantine (DGMQ) programs and activities at ports of entry and transit in the servicing jurisdiction. Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, considering difficulty and requirements of assignments as well as the capabilities of employees.
Community Program Management: Serve as a recognized authority for and represents the Division of Global Migration and Quarantine (DGMQ) programs and activities in communities, beyond ports of entry and transit, of the servicing jurisdiction. Provides advice and assistance to community partners
