Job Summary

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Eagle Creek Golf Course on Dover Air Force Base. As a FLEX employee, you may work anywhere between 0-40 hours per week, on an as needed basis.

Key Responsibilities

Brings carts from cart storage for rental purposes and places carts in cart storage when carts are finished being rented. Cleans carts, refuel, inventory and verbally reports any damage immediately to a supervisor. Picks up driving range golf balls and buckets when required. Places golf bags which are in club storage onto carts and vice-versa when finished. Required to do spot wipes before placing bag in club storage rack.

Takes water, ice, and drinking cups onto golf course for drinking purposes when required. Performs seasonal tasks as required, such as sweeping pavements, cart storage shed, picking up litter, emptying trash cans and vacuuming. In the Pro Shop, checks customer identification, signs out rental equipment, assists customers in selecting merchandise, receives payment and rings up sales of merchandise, green fees, rental fees, etc.

Sells beverages/pre-wrapped sandwiches, restock shelves, i.e. soda and beer on course and marshals as needed. Performs other related duties as it pertains to the position.
