Job Summary
About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Information, Tickets and Travel Office on Luke AFB.. This is a flexible position with no guaranteed hours or benefits. May work uncommon work schedule, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, answers inquiries directly and over the telephone. Provides information regarding ticket availability, local area attractions, special events and ticket pricing. Uses cash register, calculator, credit card machine, fax machine and other office equipment. Ensures information displays are fully stocked, orders brochures and flyers from local and regional tourism bureaus, chambers of commerce, municipal, state and federal government agencies.

Requirements & Education
