Job Summary

About the position: This position will be assigned to the Tinker Information, Ticket and Travel Office. This is a Regular Part Time position with a minimum guaranteed 20 hours per week. Incumbent will be eligible for benefits including Health and Dental coverage, Life Insurance, 401k and NAF Retirement.

Key Responsibilities

Performs and assists in a variety of duties to include coordinating, planning and preparing monthly calendar of travel events and answering telephone calls. Receives and answers questions on tickets and local attractions as well as other travel such as cruises. Information and knowledge must be gained by use of office files, websites and brochures. Must be able to refer calls to appropriate sources.

Assists in the planning of in-state as well as out of state travel and travel plans for customers. Maintains and operates a cash register and computer, responsible for receiving cash and making change. Responsible for change fund, ticket inventory and creating attractive displays.
