About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Community Center on RAF Lakenheath. This position requires shift work to provide coverage on days, evenings, weekends, holidays or special situations. Scheduled hours will be 0-40 per week with no minimum guarantee.
Performs and/or assists other Recreation Assistants in the operation and maintenance of the Community Center facility. Set up areas for scheduled events or activities, record attendance, assist customers with use of computers, gaming consoles and issuing skating equipment. Takes payment and prepares simple food items. Assists customers with signing for specialty events and/or instructional classes. Assists with special events organized by the Community Center.
Events are conducted throughout the Community Center facilities to include: Page Community Center, Ward Community Center and Eagles Landing Event Center. Responsible for cleaning of the facility throughtout the day and before closing. Performs other related duties as required.
