This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Lackland Bowling Facility. This is a flexible category position, with no guaranteed hours, may work up to 40 hours per week. Scheduled as needed. Employees appointed to a flexible (intermittent) category position are not eligible for benefits.
Responsible for the daily needs of the Bowling Center operations to include opening and closing procedures along with cross-training in all areas of the bowling center where needed. Supports handing out shoes, kids lightweight bowling balls and ball ramps when needed. Offers assistance in cleaning up the facility as to include wiping down tables, putting balls back on the racks and mopping up/cleaning spills that may occur.
Follows all operating instructions and procedures in dealing with customers in a professional and timely manner. Required to make sure all cashier's drawers are counted and balanced annotating any discrepancies on a daily basis. Make sure all reports have been processed at the end of the night to include credit cards as well as POS systems. Balances the vault each night and prepares deposits nightly. Performs all other duties assigned.
