About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Ramstein Arts & Crafts Center, Ramstein AB, Germany.
Coordinates with the Community Flight Programmers, Directors, and Supervisors on the planning, organizing, implementing, and leading engaging recreational classes and events which may include, but are not limited to, drawing, painting, language, musical instruments, ceramics, fiber arts, and mixed media for diverse age groups and skill levels.
Coordinates with the Community Flight Programmers, Directors, and Supervisors on the planning, organizing, implementing, and leading engaging recreational classes and events which may include, but are not limited to, drawing, painting, language, musical instruments, ceramics, fiber arts, and mixed media for diverse age groups and skill levels. Recreational class sizes vary based on demand.
Prepares activity plans, demonstrations, visual aids, and project samples to support high-quality programming and marketing efforts. Provides class proposals for scheduling to the supervisor/designee at least three months in advance for review and promotion. Communicates schedule changes and program needs in a timely manner. Prepares program spaces before classes and ensures proper cleanup, organization, and storage of equipment and materials following completion.
Exercises diligent stewardship over inventory, supplies, and equipment by tracking usage, identifying needs, and recommending purchases. Assists with marketing by providing class descriptions, photographs, and creative ideas to promote participation, and may occasionally submit marketing tickets. Responsible for submitting class attendance records, gathering participant feedback, and performing end-of-day payment reconciliations. Performs other related duties as assigned.
