The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Teen Program Coordinator with responsibility for oversight of a diverse range of educational, recreational, fitness, and leisure programs aimed at promoting and enhancing the physical, social, and emotional development of eligible teens ages 13-18.

Key Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, coordinates, and implements a developmentally appropriate and diverse, educational recreational, fitness and leisure year-round teen program that promotes physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development and fosters achievement, leadership, and recognition of teenage youth. Monitors day-to-day operations of the Teen Program. Administers Teen Program resources. Provides a safe and healthy environment for teens and staff.

Assists in developing marketing strategies to promote and publicize the Teen program and increase awareness and participation.
