Job Summary
The ANM supports the NM in overseeing daily operations for the Vascular Access Team and Dermatology/Neurology/PM&R clinics. Duties include assisting a 24/7 mobile vascular access team; supporting clinic practice, patient coordination, and flow; collaborating with providers and supporting Centers of Excellence; and leading staffing, scheduling, development, quality, and safety.
The ANM is a clinical expert and responsible for the nursing process when providing or supervising direct patient care.
Key Responsibilities
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION Responsible for specific orientation, training and development of staff. Provide input into staff evaluations. Improve the effectiveness of communications and interactions with others, to inspire cooperation and confidence to ensure safe and effective outcomes in the practice setting. Equip staff with tools to provide competent care and promote accountability for high-quality and cost-effective outcomes.
Ensure staff compliance with all regulatory/accreditation standards, directives, policies, and SOPs. Other duties as assigned.
