This Registered Nurse-Clinical Nurse Educator position is located in Nursing, Hospital Education at the VA Connecticut Healthcare Systems, located in West Haven, CT. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week.
The Clinical Nurse Educator Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing expert, evidenced-based education to staff. This position provides instruction and training for nursing staff in the intensive care unit and all clinical nursing areas. Assist with the orientation of new employees, evaluation of their progress in the orientation process, and development and implementation of a learning plan for improving identified clinical deficiencies.
