The following are the duties of this position at the full working level. If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position. Plans and manages resource utilization, identifies needs for procedural or practice improvements, and recommends changes to enhance training effectiveness.
Evaluates the impact of changing workload demands, staffing levels, and resource availability on training requirements and operational readiness. Coordinates both in-person and virtual training delivery through Adobe Connect and Microsoft Teams, including securing training space, instructors, equipment, course materials, and other required supplies.
Prepares, monitors, and maintains the Functional Site Training Plan, ensuring management is informed of training needs identified through National Office work planning assumptions, mandatory training requirements, and other feedback sources. A college or university degree generally must be from an accredited (or pre-accredited) college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
