Job Summary

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located at McNary Project, operated by the US Army Corps of Engineers and situated on the Columbia River, near the town of Umatilla OR. Employees working at McNary Dam and living in the State of Washington are exempt from Oregon state tax.

Serves as advisor and technical expert on all safety program, compliance issues, and activities at a multi-purpose hydropower project.
