The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical and clerical support for the smooth operation of the School Age Program to include customer service, monitoring customer entry; maintaining facility requirements in fire, safety, health, cleanliness, data automation for maintaining files, and others.
Key Responsibilities
Acts as on-site assistant, when necessary. Establishes, updates, monitors, and maintains office records of various types. Prepares a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring correspondence, reports, and other documents. Provides customer service to patrons.
