Job Summary
You will serve as a Scientist in the Network and Digital System Division, Digital Engineering Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PORT HUENEME DIVISION.
Key Responsibilities
You will serve as the Optical Sights Baseline Manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME), executing In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) functions for the Gun Weapons System (GWS) as delegated to NSWC Port Hueneme Division.
Requirements & Education
Applicants must meet the following positive education qualifications requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Applicants must possess a degree in physics; or related degree that included at least 24 semester hours in physics; OR a combination of education and experience -- courses equivalent to a major in physics totaling at least 24 semester hours, plus appropriate experience or additional education.
