About the Position: Santa Rita is located on the southwest coast of the beautiful island country of Guam. With hills overlooking the Apra Harbor, it's considered one of the best natural ports in the Pacific Ocean, Santa Rita is the newest and smallest village in Guam. Federal employees in Guam are currently entitled to receive a 11.88% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary (amount is subject to change).
