The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the principal administrative assistant to the MD 9 Commander and MD 9 Deputy Commander, providing independent executive, administrative, and command support services for the command section and S-Staff.
Key Responsibilities
Serves as the principal administrative assistant to the MD 9 Commander and MD 9 Deputy Commander. Serves as the command section focal point for assigned Commander's Support Staff (CSS) programs supporting the command section and SStaff. Manages command section correspondence, taskers, suspense actions, reports, records, and administrative information flow.
Plans and coordinates administrative aspects of command section operations, including conference room scheduling, meeting logistics, office supplies and equipment coordination, visitor support, continuity actions, and special projects.
This position is with United States Space Force Forces, Department of the Air Force.
