Requirements & Education
Education may be used to substitute for specialized experience with the following: GS-5: In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successfully completed four years of education above high school OR Have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
