The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the primary technical authority and lead for Special Access Program (SAP) security specialist, providing physical, industrial, personnel, operational, communications and information security management disciplines while leading assigned military, civilian and contractor personnel in support of the Air Control Wing.

As the Wing Technical Authority implements and administers the SAP information security program. Implements and administers the SAP personnel security program. Implements and administers SAP industrial security program. Implements and administers the SAP physical security program.
