The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Security Specialist exercising primary MAJCOM security forces and force protection planning and management on behalf of HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA/A4S.

Key Responsibilities

Plans and organizes security forces employment and force protection activities during operations, exercises, and base builds in support of the air component commander assigned to European Command (USEUCOM). Strategic Planning.

Performs resource management and programming functions with A4S branches to effectively plan, program, budget, and execute (PPBE) DoD appropriations in direct support of EDI requirements; implements processes to justify, defend and execute assigned budget. Maintains guidance for HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA. Staff action officer.

Assesses installations, Forward Operating Locations (FOL), Contingency Locations (CL), and Cooperative Security Locations (CSL) to discern force protection requirements and compliance with policy and guidance.
