Job Summary

This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), Research & Rapid Cycle Eval. Group (RREG), Div. of Data Research & Analytic Methods (DDRAM).

As a Social Science Research Analyst, referred to here as, Senior Research and Evaluation Lead, GS-0101-14, you will serve as a Senior Technical Analyst for DDRAM's work relating to drugs covered under Medicare Parts B and D.

Key Responsibilities

Design, coordinate, and monitor evaluations of model tests and demonstration projects and conducts studies related to the delivery and payment of services under the Medicare and Medicaid/CHIP programs.

Requirements & Education

Education Requirement: In addition to meeting the qualification requirements, all candidates must have the following educational requirements: Degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position. (TRANSCRIPTS REQUIRED AT TIME OF APPLICATION). OR Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.

OR Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field TRANSCRIPTS are required to verify satisfactory completion of the educational requirement listed above.
