Key Responsibilities

As a Social Science Program Specialist, you will be: Supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of human trafficking victim assistance programs, training initiatives, and public awareness activities. Identifying emerging human trafficking trends, resource needs, and service delivery challenges, and recommending strategies to strengthen victim identification, access to services, and program effectiveness.

Conducting program evaluations and quality assurance activities to assess program effectiveness, document findings, monitor corrective actions, and recommend process improvements. Interpreting and applying Federal laws, regulations, policies, and guidance governing anti-trafficking programs to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and program objectives.

Requirements & Education

Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
