Designs, develops, maintains, implements, and evaluates True North embedded mental health clinical social work service programs. Conducts intake evaluations and psycho-diagnostic assessments. Provides evidence-based psychotherapy. Provides psychological consultation, education, and training to other mental health professionals, medical staff, military commanders/senior leaders, and other DoD and civilian providers. Observes and participates in wing staff and tenant unit activities in order to identify psychosocial stressors and barriers to optimal human performance.
