Technical Breadth: Demonstrated proficiency in programming and modeling languages (e.g., C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, SysML). Simulation Toolkit: Hands-on experience integrating and executing frameworks such as AFSIM, ITASE, Systems Tool Kit (STK), or comparable COTS/GOTS tools. Leadership Track Record: Proven ability to manage technical teams, organize schedules and resources, and effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse technical and executive audiences.
Intelligence Standards: Familiarity with Intelligence Community tradecraft standards and directives (ICD 203 / ICD 206). Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in an engineering or technical discipline. Experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC), containerization (Docker), and cloud-hosted simulation environments.
Working knowledge of Agile/DevSecOps practices and version control workflows (Git). Certified Modeling & Simulation Professional (CMSP) credential. Prior experience delivering M&S capabilities within the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD). Ideal Candidate: We are seeking an exceptional Modeling & Simulation Team Lead to join our team of innovative professionals.
You will be responsible for leading a team of modeling and simulation engineers in the development, integration, and execution of complex modeling and simulation systems in support of national security missions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming languages, modeling tools, and working in multiple simulation environments, as well as excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
Additionally, the candidate should have familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and tradecraft standards.
