About the Position: The incumbent will serve as a key advisor to directorate leadership and divisions within the directorate on all aspects of personnel, manpower, financial management.Formulates internal policies, develop programs, plans, and proceduresto meet directorate needs.
Manage/coordinate J3 Directorate civilian and military Human Resources (HR) processes with Resources Directorate.
