The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as advisor and focal point for all financial aspects of the Supply Management Activity Group (SMAG) Operating Program and the 49th Logistics Readiness Squadron Operations and Maintenance (O&M) budget.
Serves as the lead financial expert for the Logistics Readiness Squadron's Operations & Maintenance (O&M) budget. Base Level Stock Fund Management. Serves as the Base Stock Fund Manager, exercising primary oversight of the installation's stock fund, which finances the base's supply and equipment. Acts as liaison between supply, budget officers, DFAS and supported organizations.
Performs as approving/billing Official for all Logistic Readiness Squadron government purchase cardholders. Prepares recurring and special reports. Compiles statistics and enters data in multiple databases. Provides Data Systems Support. Performs quality checks of automated system database information and resolves any problems.
