While your specific placement will be based on mission needs, you will have the chance to be exposed to the diverse roles within the Human Capital field, which may include: - Human Resources (HR) Officer: Provides a broad range of HR services, acting as a key point of contact for employees and management on everything from employee relations to benefits and compensation.
- Research Psychologist: Applies social science and psychological theory through applied research to investigate various issues, questions, and problems involving human behavior in the industrial and/or organizational setting. - Training & Education (T&E) Officer: Develops and implements training and educational programs, determining learning needs, creating learning solutions, and delivering course content to the workforce.
